In diesem Sportverein battle ich als Trainerin tätig und betreute den Bereich des Nachwuchsleistungssports. Die Trainingsgruppe bestand aus 12 Kindern und Jugendlichen – four Mädchen und eight Jungen – im adjust von 11-17 Jahren. Als Trainerin warfare ich für die Trainingsplanung, -organisation und -durchführung zuständig und betreute im Durchschnitt eleven Trainingseinheiten seasoned Woche. In einigen Einheiten wurden die Athleten/innen getrennt nach modify oder Leistungsstand trainiert, um dem individuellen Entwicklungsstand und damit einhergehenden sportwissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen gerecht zu werden. Zusätzlich begleitete ich die Sportler/innen zu sportmedizinischen Leistungsdiagnostiken und zu einem Wettkampf.
Während meines Praktikums richtete ich mein Hauptaugenmerk auf die Motivation und Motivationsförderung. Für mich warfare es von besonderem Interesse, auch im Hinblick auf meine berufliche Zukunft als Lehrer, welche Motivation die Sportler/innen hatten die Sportart Triathlon zu betreiben, wie sich ihre Motivation äußerte, wann es motivationale Probleme gab und wie ich als coach die Motivation der Sportler/innen fördern kann. Wie später gezeigt werden soll, spielt die Motivation und Motivationsförderung insbesondere in Ausdauersportarten wie Triathlon, vor allem wenn er als Leistungssport betrieben wird, eine bedeutsame Rolle.
Auch wenn sich meine Beobachtungen auf eine Sportart richteten und ich als Trainerin in einem sehr spezifischen Feld tätig conflict, so sind die gewonnenen Erfahrungen, wenn auch etwas allgemeiner, auf den (Sport-) Unterricht übertragbar.
